Own the company’s financial model, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and scenario analysis. Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, hiring, vendor spend, and infrastructure costs. Build scalable reporting processes, board materials, department-level P&Ls, and performance tracking that support strategic decisions and company growth.

Run technical sales activities including product demos, technical deep-dives, proof-of-concept integrations, and solution design for messaging workflows. Create sample applications, integration guides, architecture materials, and technical sales content. Collaborate with engineering and product on prospect feedback, support RFPs and security questionnaires, and establish the sales engineering playbook and processes.

Build product-driven creative content by integrating with the Sent API, running high-velocity experiments across channels, owning brand presence, measuring funnel performance, and building lightweight tooling and landing pages to drive signups and growth.
