Support the Founder and CEO by managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, follow-ups, and executive communications. Prepare meeting context, track commitments, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion. The role also owns operational improvements to executive-support systems and requires strong judgment, organization, flexibility, and five-day in-office availability in NYC.

Own the company’s financial model, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and scenario analysis. Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, hiring, vendor spend, and infrastructure costs. Build scalable reporting processes, board materials, department-level P&Ls, and performance tracking that support strategic decisions and company growth.

Run technical sales activities including product demos, technical deep-dives, proof-of-concept integrations, and solution design for messaging workflows. Create sample applications, integration guides, architecture materials, and technical sales content. Collaborate with engineering and product on prospect feedback, support RFPs and security questionnaires, and establish the sales engineering playbook and processes.
