Work directly with founders on end-to-end high-priority projects: run customer pilots and field deployments, assemble and install sensor/compute hardware, perform data analysis and market/unit-economics modeling, build investor/customer materials, and create internal tooling and automations across engineering, commercial, and operations.

Design, develop, and validate custom rugged electronics and embedded firmware for sensor acquisition, actuator control, and safety functions. Own electrical architecture including power, EMC, grounding, and wire harnesses. Collaborate across teams from prototype bring-up through field testing and production deployment in industrial/off-highway environments.

Develop and deploy real-time deep learning perception systems for off-highway autonomous vehicles. Build 3D detection, segmentation, occupancy prediction, and multimodal LiDAR/radar/camera fusion. Optimize training and inference for NVIDIA edge GPUs, lead data curation and evaluation, and integrate perception into the autonomy stack.
