Lead and build Sensio’s Enterprise IT function, modernizing it into a secure, engineering-oriented organization. Own identity, devices, business systems, integrations, reliability, security, automation, and continuous improvement. Establish standards, Infrastructure as Code, AI enablement, and scalable operating practices while collaborating with infrastructure, security, developers, and business teams. Recruit and develop the function, simplify technology operations, and guide change thoughtfully across a distributed organization.

Provide Norwegian-language technical support to municipal and other customers through portals, phone, and email. Troubleshoot welfare technology issues, collaborate with developers on bugs and improvements, configure and test equipment, and improve support processes and documentation. The role involves working with IoT devices, mobile applications, cloud services, and digital solutions across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
