Manage and maintain QC systems to ensure compliance with regulations and BRC standards. Supervise lab supervisors and technicians, support manufacturing and sales on quality issues, provide technical product support, and assist product/process development projects.

Perform hands-on sanitation of plant equipment and areas, follow standardized work and safety procedures, document sanitation tasks, support continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving, operate lifts and cleaning equipment, and work flexible on-site shifts including overtime.

Manage and grow assigned Flavors Europe accounts by building relationships, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, supporting pricing, and coordinating with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver customer-focused solutions.
