Supports maintenance and reliability programs, capital projects, and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Evaluates equipment risk, improves uptime and safety, manages spare-parts needs, and contributes to projects from planning through execution. Trains maintenance and operations teams, monitors performance metrics, and strengthens preventive maintenance practices. The role requires frequent travel between sites and onsite work five days per week.

Develops natural and synthetic color solutions for food applications, including formulation, stability testing, color matching, finished-product evaluation, assay development, and technical reporting. Works directly with customers and sales teams to identify project goals, present solutions, provide technical guidance, and support color commercialization. Evaluates new colorants and raw materials, assists quality control procedure development, and travels occasionally to customer and company sites.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, product consistency, and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, optimizing parameters, investigating deviations, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, reducing waste and costs, and applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods. The engineer collaborates with operations, quality, maintenance, EHS, supply chain, R&D, and global process teams.
