Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and optimization of Sensi.AI’s customer-facing web and mobile products. Owns product-line KPIs, prioritizes features, conducts market and user research, partners with design and engineering, and drives cross-functional execution. Requires strong SaaS product leadership, analytical problem-solving, storytelling, and user-centered design skills, plus regular customer travel.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales strategies for Sensi's platform, focusing on large home-care organizations. Responsibilities include full sales cycle management, strategic account planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and market advocacy to enhance care for seniors.

Lead the company-wide platform organization across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tooling, data engineering, and AI enablement. Own AWS and Kubernetes foundations, Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, scalable data pipelines, and AI agent infrastructure. Hire and develop engineers, establish technical standards, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and partner with product, data science, and R&D leadership while remaining hands-on in architecture and code.
