The Spa Manager oversees the spa's operations, ensuring high service quality, staff management, budgeting, and compliance with health standards while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Serve as the primary on-property guest contact delivering personalized service from check-in through departure. Manage and update itineraries, handle booking requests and inboxes, coordinate with internal teams, resolve guest issues, ensure accurate billing, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, complete administrative tasks, and support operations to create an elevated wellness experience.

Provide guest-facing support for spa, hale, and wellness spaces: greet and orient guests, prepare and reset hales, assist therapists, manage linen and equipment, set up classes, clean and sanitize areas, and report issues to management.
