Responsibilities include electrical assessments, lighting, emergency power, life-safety systems, retrofits, energy optimization, technical documentation, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, site reviews, client communication, project management, mentoring junior staff, and proposal and fee development.

Design and deliver mechanical building-system projects, including HVAC, plumbing, equipment assessments, renewals, retrofits, energy optimization, and construction-phase services. Lead projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes and schedules, communicate with clients, conduct site surveys, prepare technical documents and cost opinions, review construction, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals, quality processes, and practice development.

Lead complex electrical building-services design projects from concept through construction completion. Responsibilities include electrical analysis, system and lighting design, construction documentation, code compliance, feasibility reports, stakeholder coordination, client communication, project delivery oversight, and mentoring junior staff. The role also supports workload and resource management, technical decision-making, business development, and construction administration.
