Support structural and building engineering projects including design and analysis, building evaluations, field and drawing reviews, and preparation of engineering drawings, technical reports, and proposals. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants, represent the firm at meetings, and contribute to knowledge development and project delivery.

Lead building assessment and capital planning projects, manage clients and teams, perform site reviews and data analysis, prepare depreciation/warranty/property condition reports, develop scopes/budgets/timelines, and monitor project budgets and schedules.

Support Project Managers on capital planning projects including site assessments and preparing Depreciation, Warranty, and Building/Property Condition Assessment reports. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants, represent the firm at meetings, develop building-science and structural analysis knowledge, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and professional development.
