Lead building assessment and capital planning projects including site reviews, data analysis, and detailed reports (Depreciation Reports, Warranty Reviews, Condition Assessments). Manage budgets, timelines, proposals, and client relationships while mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Support Project Managers on capital planning projects including site assessments and preparing Depreciation, Warranty, and Building/Property Condition Assessment reports. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants, represent the firm at meetings, develop building-science and structural analysis knowledge, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and professional development.

Lead mechanical-focused building projects including HVAC and plumbing design, site evaluations, mechanical assessments, construction documents, warranty reviews, depreciation and building condition reports. Coordinate projects, liaise with clients/contractors, mentor junior engineers, and ensure consistent, client-focused delivery of mechanical engineering solutions.
