Customer-facing technical role managing support and professional services queues, troubleshooting issues with SQL/Python/Go, performing geospatial data engineering (CRS, raster/vector, point clouds), configuring customer environments (CDE syncs, SSO), automating repetitive tasks, surfacing process improvements, maintaining support metrics and documentation, and building reusable tools and runbooks.
