Supports the Operations Programs and Innovation team by entering and validating data, checking documents, managing reports, monitoring logistics KPIs, identifying network inefficiencies and root causes, recommending corrective actions, documenting best practices, and contributing to quality improvements. Collaborates with Operations and Program Management teams while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage transport operations and act as first point of contact for customer accounts; prepare performance reports, optimize operational processes cross-functionally, own end-to-end operations for smaller accounts, and develop data-driven insights to improve account performance.

The Program Analyst role involves deploying quality standards, collaborating with stakeholders, managing data insights, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations in road freight logistics.
