Provide remote and on-site IT support across Berlin and other offices. Resolve tickets within SLAs, troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, and workplace technology issues, and manage equipment throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintain asset inventories, support meeting rooms and office technology, coordinate repairs and vendors, and contribute to documentation, process improvements, and local IT projects.

Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers building production machine-learning systems for logistics. Drive AI adoption, roadmap prioritization, agile execution, and measurable business outcomes. Partner with Product Managers, Staff ML Engineers, and the MLOps platform team to deploy scalable solutions. The role requires deep hands-on experience with production ML, recommender systems, pricing algorithms, statistical models, and modern data and AI technologies, alongside strong people leadership and executive communication skills.

Leads product and engineering operations across the technology organization, including strategic planning, goal setting, AI adoption, portfolio and ROI reporting, dashboards, executive communications, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Partners with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to drive outcome-focused prioritization and delivery. This is a one-year maternity cover contract based in Berlin, Barcelona, or Amsterdam.
