Handle accounts payable tasks including data entry, verifying paper and electronic transport documents, indexing/validation/matching, carrier master data, processing carrier payments, resolving payment issues and complaints, and supporting the AP team.

Lead ownership of People technology, building automations, integrations, and analytics across the employee lifecycle. Implement and maintain HRIS and related systems, drive AI and no-code automation adoption, and deliver reporting and data governance for People leadership. Act as internal product owner to translate HR needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.

Manage daily transport operations for a key customer: coordinate communication between customers, carriers and internal teams, secure carrier capacity, monitor KPIs, investigate disruptions, support carrier commercial discussions, and drive operational improvements.
