Manage a major customer account across commercial growth and operational performance. Build relationships with operational contacts and senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, lead negotiations and tender processes, and develop commercially sound proposals. Oversee service delivery, analyze operational and commercial data, resolve performance issues, coordinate internal teams, and lead customer performance reviews. Translate insights into measurable improvement plans while balancing customer satisfaction, feasibility, and profitability.

Owns strategic customer relationships and commercial account development while ensuring strong transport operations and service performance. Leads negotiations, tenders, growth opportunities, performance reviews, and issue resolution. Uses operational and commercial data to identify risks, improve execution, protect profitability, and create measurable customer value. The role requires fluent Dutch, strong English communication, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and experience in customer-facing operational or commercial work.

Own core GL processes and month-end, quarter and year-end closings under IFRS and local GAAPs. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and statutory statements; support VAT and corporate tax compliance; provide audit documentation; collaborate with AP/AR/FP&A/Treasury; and help standardize accounting processes across the group.
