Lead People Operations and act as product owner for people processes across the employee lifecycle. Standardize, automate, and improve onboarding, payroll, benefits, contracts and offboarding. Manage and develop the People Operations team, partner with Finance, Legal and HR Tech to implement HRIS improvements and self-service, and drive HR tech/AI innovation to scale a consistent, high-quality employee experience across geographies.

Lead ownership of People technology, building automations, integrations, and analytics across the employee lifecycle. Implement and maintain HRIS and related systems, drive AI and no-code automation adoption, and deliver reporting and data governance for People leadership. Act as internal product owner to translate HR needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.

The Group Accountant will manage accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, preparing financial statements, and improving accounting practices across subsidiaries.
