Leads custom metal bellows engineering projects from requirements and prototype development through production launch. Coordinates design, manufacturing, quality, testing, sales, and supply chain activities while managing scope, schedules, budgets, technical risks, and customer communication. Provides engineering support in structural, pressure vessel, fatigue, thermal, materials, manufacturability, welding, assembly, and testing areas. Maintains technical documentation and supports compliance, validation, process improvement, and reliable production of precision components.

Leads new product development, PPAP approvals, production handover, process design, lean manufacturing, capacity planning, line balancing, VAVE, continuous improvement, machine development, and customer project support. The role manages engineering schedules, design revisions, manufacturing standards, yield improvement, ergonomics, cost reduction, and automotive production optimization.

Supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of tooling, jigs, fixtures, and associated equipment for aerospace manufacturing, inspection, and testing. Contributes to new product introduction, process optimization, problem-solving, and project delivery while collaborating with manufacturing, design, production, quality, supply chain, and welding teams. Develops expertise in CAD, engineering drawings, aerospace manufacturing standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
