Coordinates nutrition department data entry, billing, vendor invoice reconciliation, database reporting, client documentation, surveys, and contract expenditure monitoring. Ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reports to fiscal and government agencies. Provides administrative support, follows up with vendors and clients, and assists with community resources and monitoring activities. This is a primarily remote, part-time role requiring local commuting for training, meetings, and operational travel.

Lead and manage the Lee County Nutrition Program, supervising dining site and Home Delivered Meals staff and volunteers. Oversee meal logistics, compliance, recordkeeping, outreach, and vendor coordination. Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory adherence while providing backup support and coordinating county-wide operations. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
