Teams at Senior Friendship Centers, Inc.

Coordinates nutrition program data entry, reporting, vendor billing, invoice reconciliation, client documentation, surveys, and grant expenditure monitoring. Ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely reports, and proper billing procedures. Supports vendor communication, client follow-up, database administration, and the Nutrition Director. This is a primarily remote, part-time role requiring local commuting for training, meetings, and occasional county travel.

Provides administrative and operational HR support, including HRIS updates, recruiting coordination, background checks, onboarding, employee records, communications, audits, recognition activities, and open enrollment assistance. The role also supports office operations, handles confidential information, prepares reports, and provides phone coverage. This is a part-time position requiring strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office, and HRIS skills.
