Teams at Senior Care Therapy

Provide in-person individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Conduct psychological assessments, diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, document care in an EHR, monitor progress, and collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families. Administrative tasks, billing, credentialing, and insurance responsibilities are handled by the company.

Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions; develop evidence-based treatment plans; monitor progress; document care in an EHR; and collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families. The role requires an active LMHC license, English and Spanish proficiency, in-person facility services, and regulatory documentation compliance.
