“It started with a recruiter who shared the story of a growing company and great people,” Ana Medrano recalled about what led her to join Sendoso as an entry-level software engineer in August 2020. Since then, Medrano’s humble beginnings have blossomed into a mix of projects that includes leading others. Focused on expanding the marketing tech company’s e-gift catalog, redemption and security, Medrano helps brands stand out by giving them new ways to engage with customers throughout the buyer’s journey. “I have felt very supported in my role and in growing into the next one,” she said. “At a team level, we’re encouraged to pitch ideas and collaborate to accomplish our collective goals.”
