Supports facility events through setup, execution, and restoration. Handles staging, tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, sound, lighting, computers, cleanliness, safe loading and unloading, vendor access, and exhibit security and safety. Works under events management and sales teams. This casual union role requires evening and weekend availability, strong customer service, organization, communication, teamwork, and physical ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand extensively.

Manages visitor services and daily frontline operations across admissions, museum retail, e-commerce, café, membership, accessibility, visitor information, and the welcome center. Hires, trains, schedules, and supervises part-time associates; supports merchandising, inventory, wholesale fulfillment, POS troubleshooting, accounting, visitor concerns, and accessibility initiatives. Serves as site and division lead when needed, contributes to strategic projects, and ensures an exceptional visitor experience.

Provides visitor services at the Fort Pitt Museum, including admissions and shop transactions, greeting guests, restocking merchandise, answering inquiries, monitoring security systems, and preparing galleries. Performs daily housekeeping and facility support while occasionally assisting with tours, public programs, exhibit fabrication, research, content editing, and events. Requires weekend, holiday, and some evening availability, with physical duties including lifting, bending, walking, and standing.
