Leads the global partner program and ecosystem, including program strategy, certifications, enablement, demand generation, operational efficiency, reporting, partner experience, events, and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with sales, marketing, product, executives, and global partners to align go-to-market efforts, improve partner performance, and drive revenue growth. Oversees partner portals, learning platforms, compliance, performance measurement, advisory councils, and competitive analysis.

Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts throughout onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell. Build success plans, monitor customer health and retention, lead training and workshops, gather product feedback, manage escalations, and develop customer references. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, including identity security, cloud security, SIEM, EDR/XDR, compliance frameworks, Active Directory, and Entra ID, plus executive communication and fluency in Spanish and English.

Administer and improve Workday and People Operations workflows, including employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, onboarding, compensation processes, reporting, audits, testing, and issue resolution. The role maintains data accuracy, improves process controls, supports HRBPs and stakeholders, documents processes, and recommends workflow and reporting enhancements. It requires hands-on Workday experience and operates in a hybrid model in Toronto, Hoboken, or Dallas.
