Supports employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS maintenance, reporting, employee relations, and HR initiatives. The role partners with HRBPs and the broader People team to improve processes, employee experience, and business impact. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating stakeholders, identifying trends, and using AI tools and automation to enhance HR operations.

Owns commercial sales growth across GCC and Turkey, focusing on new-logo acquisition and expansion. Generates pipeline through prospecting, executive engagement, and channel partners; leads enterprise sales cycles with CIOs, CISOs, and regulated-sector buyers; manages qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and closing; and delivers revenue and deal-volume targets. The role also builds regional market presence through distributors, resellers, systems integrators, customers, and industry engagements.

Lead commercial sales growth across DACH, Poland, and the Baltics. Build pipeline, acquire new enterprise customers, engage CIO and CISO buyers, activate channel partners, manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires territory development, cybersecurity solution selling, executive engagement, and occasional regional travel.
