Provides senior leadership and P&L oversight for trailer sales, leasing, and parts sales. Leads sales teams, manages inventory and lease fleets, develops customer and manufacturer relationships, monitors financial performance, sets strategy, oversees procedures, and coordinates equipment modifications and repairs. The role also coaches managers, drives sales growth, attends industry events, and ensures customer satisfaction and operational alignment.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries. Draft lease contracts and ensure GAAP compliance for leases. Maintain fixed asset records, assist with capital procurement, inventory cycle counts, expense allocations, budgeting, and company metrics reporting. Collaborate with management and inventory personnel to support accurate financial reporting.
