Leads the Office of Human Resources and oversees organization-wide HR functions, including policies, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, investigations, and staff supervision. Advises managers, resolves employee concerns, supports workforce development, administers HR programs and budgets, and partners with legal counsel and executive leadership to maintain compliant, high-performance workplace practices.

Leads the overall operation and strategic management of three tribal casino facilities, overseeing executive directors, budgets, policies, regulatory compliance, human resources, IT, gaming operations, marketing, analytics, contracts, and organizational performance. Reports independently to the Seminole Nation Gaming Enterprise Executive Board and provides financial and operational updates to the Nation’s General Council.

Lead accounting for multiple gaming facilities ensuring GAAP-compliant financial records. Oversee general ledger, monthly/annual financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance (Gaming Regulations, NIGC MICS), internal controls, and revenue reporting. Supervise accounting staff, coordinate audits, provide financial and ad-hoc business analysis, and maintain policies and procedures.
