Lead and scale Semble’s B2B SaaS Support function across Europe. Responsibilities include managing support associates and engineers, hiring and coaching staff, owning service metrics, designing tiering and escalation processes, managing support tools and AI adoption, handling complex healthcare-related escalations, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the product and customer experience.

Provides first-line technical support for a healthcare care-orchestration platform. The role monitors and responds to customer requests, communicates technical information to varied audiences, diagnoses and resolves issues, owns support cases, collaborates with internal teams, and creates documentation, troubleshooting guides, help-center articles, and FAQs.
