Sembi Benefits Overview

Lead Sembi’s global renewals organization across six SaaS brands. Own renewal strategy, retention, churn, contraction, bookings, forecasting, CRM discipline, reporting, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. Build consistent renewal processes and playbooks, partner cross-functionally across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Support, and Marketing, and recruit and develop a high-performing global team to create a predictable, customer-centric recurring revenue engine.

Execute in-product engagement and digital community programs using Pendo and community platforms. Build automated customer journeys, create self-service content, segment users, track and optimize engagement metrics, and partner with CSMs, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will define growth strategies, execute demand generation campaigns, optimize processes using analytics, and collaborate across teams to enhance brand positioning and performance metrics at Sembi.
