Teams at Semafor

Coordinate preparation for Semafor’s flagship live journalism events by compiling logistical information, researching talking points, gathering biographies, and drafting and distributing briefing packets for VIP speakers, moderators, and attendees. Support content, programming, and events teams in a fast-paced command-center environment while managing changing details, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Lead client and partner relationships as trusted advisor (often C-suite), manage integrated client programs end-to-end, act as primary post-sale contact, ensure clear communication and on‑time deliverables, and support domestic and international travel and flexible hours.

Design and iterate user-focused news products in partnership with Product, Editorial, and Engineering. Build production-ready visual and interaction designs, contribute to design systems and brand guidelines, support marketing assets, mentor collaborators, and help shape Semafor’s design culture while balancing technical feasibility and usability.
