Curate C-suite attendees, manage RSVP flow and composition health, draft senior-level communications, maintain Airtable tracking, prepare briefings, coordinate with editorial/revenue/operations, and support on-site summit execution.

Lead brand and product marketing strategy, narrative architecture, market research, pricing strategy, and team leadership, contributing to Semafor's commercial growth and market presence.
