Serve as primary liaison to C-suite and government participants, coordinate schedules and on-site agendas, maintain tracking and briefings, advise on programming and speaker alignment, and staff events as on-site point of contact. Collaborate with editorial, content, and events teams and respond promptly to executive communications.

Senior Creative Strategists at Semafor develop media strategies and proposals, collaborate with teams, and engage clients to drive revenue and enhance brand narratives.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales team while managing daily office operations, event coordination, project follow-up, travel and expense arrangements, stakeholder communication, CRM maintenance, and special projects to ensure organizational priorities are executed.
