Responsibilities focus on consumer financial protection, civil rights, fair lending, and state-level regulatory advocacy.

Provides legal counsel on credit union regulatory compliance, including ECOA, BSA, TILA, and HMDA. Responsibilities include legal research, regulatory analysis, advising leadership, drafting and negotiating financial and commercial agreements, and supporting employment, vendor, mortgage, and community economic development matters.

Develops financial projection models, decision-support tools, pricing and profitability analyses, and strategic initiative models. Supports mergers, investments, due diligence, forecasting validation, variance analysis, and financial governance. Underwrites affordable housing acquisition and preservation opportunities, conducts market research, and presents recommendations to senior leaders and committees. Requires strong Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
