Owns full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, hiring-manager partnership, offers, and onboarding handoffs. Builds proactive talent pipelines, manages recruiting tools and vendors, improves interview processes and candidate experience, strengthens employer branding, and develops scalable hiring strategies. The role also supports broader People & Culture initiatives and requires technical recruiting experience in a hybrid Austin environment.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Deploys, monitors, and maintains production infrastructure and services. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure and network best practices, supporting on-call operations, operating SDLC and CI/CD platforms, improving system performance, providing operational support for distributed applications, and analyzing uptime and production performance. The role requires AWS administration, DevOps or SRE experience, version control, scripting, Terraform, containerized AWS services, Linux, networking, and security-sensitive environment experience.
