Manage Self’s AML and sanctions program, including transaction monitoring, KYC, high-risk customer reviews, OFAC investigations, and UAR preparation. Partner with banks on escalations and program updates, report compliance KPIs to leadership and the Board, and develop policies, procedures, risk assessments, and training. Monitor industry typologies, improve processes, and support an effective BSA compliance program.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Lead analytical projects and experiments focused on customer and product behavior, lifecycle growth, segmentation, and engagement. Build data models, semantic layers, AI agents, dashboards, and reporting systems. Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to define metrics, evaluate initiatives, and influence strategy. Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, causal inference, and experimentation techniques, while communicating actionable insights to technical teams and senior leadership.
