Teams at Self Enhancement, Inc.

Support and coordinate after-school program activities across the SEI Center. Supervise students during recreational and classroom activities, identify needed materials and equipment, enforce safety and rules, provide written and verbal reports, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Manage and improve systems that connect participants to community resources, build and maintain partnerships, coordinate referrals and track outcomes, support Housing Coordinators with resource access and warm handoffs, analyze trends to inform program improvements, and represent the housing program in community engagement efforts.
