Build and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines, data models, integrations, and backend platform logic. Apply agentic AI workflows to infrastructure data for automation, correlation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate directly with customers to understand technical environments, implement integrations, support deployments, and translate feedback into engineering improvements. Work with cloud platforms, containers, SQL, complex data structures, and production systems while contributing to testing, automation, and customer enablement.

Design and maintain automated test frameworks for network observability platforms. Define functional, integration, performance, scalability, and regression strategies; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; analyze failures; and improve quality metrics. Collaborate across engineering, SRE, DevOps, sales, and support teams while mentoring engineers. Validate network behaviors using logs, metrics, and traces, supporting reliable and scalable distributed systems.

The Enterprise Account Executive will collaborate with sales and solutions teams, support PoVs, execute sales strategies, and capture customer requirements to drive sales for the operational intelligence platform.
