Supports loan sale and mortgage servicing transactions by coordinating contract review and execution among clients, attorneys, Legal, Business Development, and operations teams. Manages multiple transactions, tracks milestones and deadlines, maintains agreement records, communicates status updates, resolves issues, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong client relationship management, communication, organization, analytical judgment, and attention to detail, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Provides clerical and analytical support throughout the foreclosure process. Reviews files for problematic issues and legal exposure, coordinates with attorneys and Corporate Legal, assesses mitigation versus litigation strategies, gathers required documentation, and tracks monthly follow-ups for active resolutions. The role also requires resolving a defined portion of the active portfolio while adhering to company policies and prioritizing multiple cases.

Monitors escrow vendors for accuracy, timeliness, service-level compliance, billing accuracy, and legal compliance. Performs data integrity audits, researches loan activity, reviews fees and advances, coordinates write-offs, maintains procedures, identifies process improvements, prepares reports and flowcharts, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve operational and customer issues.

Oversee day-to-day business unit and call center operations, including staffing, employee development, coaching, performance management, quality, compliance, controls, budgeting, and customer experience. Analyze performance reports, mitigate operational risk, improve processes, coordinate audits and projects, resolve personnel issues, and implement initiatives that enhance service and reduce costs.

Aggregates loan activity, prepares remittance and ancillary reports, reconciles custodial bank accounts, remits investor funds, resolves reporting questions, analyzes deal points, and communicates findings. Uses Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPS systems. The role also owns reporting processes and trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts.

Aggregates mortgage loan activity, prepares investor remittance reports, reconciles custodial accounts, calculates and remits funds owed to investors, analyzes deal requirements, and resolves investor questions. The role requires accurate, timely reporting, strong Excel and analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather needs, document workflows, translate requests into structured requirements, identify process gaps, and support system improvements. Maintains evolving documentation, tracks action items, facilitates communication, and reviews completed work to confirm alignment with requirements.
