Lead second-shift manufacturing employees producing tents, fabric structures, vinyl products, and custom-fabricated goods. Manage schedules, workflow, safety, quality, training, staffing, productivity metrics, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate cutting, vinyl welding, sewing, fabrication, assembly, and finishing operations. This hands-on supervisor also provides technical guidance, operates equipment when needed, and supports employee development and performance management.

Processes event linens by sorting, laundering, pressing, inspecting, packaging, storing, and preparing orders for delivery. Operates commercial laundry equipment, follows safety and company procedures, supports quality control, and works collaboratively on a flexible schedule. Requires effective communication, a positive attitude, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Assist delivery drivers by locating customer sites, providing parking directions, communicating with dispatch, loading and securing event rental cargo, unloading equipment, organizing and inspecting items, and helping with setup, breakdown, and delivery documentation. The role requires safe work practices, customer service, teamwork, flexible scheduling, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
