The Business Development Associate generates new business within an assigned territory, supports revenue growth, and collaborates with various teams to secure new clients and enhance market presence.

Manage second-shift manufacturing team for tents, structures, and flooring. Build and maintain databases for production, costs, specs, and certifications. Oversee production planning, inventory, vendor pricing, labor forecasting, quality, safety, cross-training, and continuous improvement to meet production and labor targets.

Generate new business for large-scale events through market penetration, lead generation, outreach (email, calls, in-person), networking, CRM pipeline management, and coordinating handoffs to account executives to meet revenue goals.
