Perform finished-goods QA release and review Device History Records, inspection results, and labeling. Maintain training in LMS, support eQMS documentation and change control, and consolidate quality data for reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with QMS and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Lead design, delivery, validation, and lifecycle management of GMP-compliant control systems (PLC/SCADA/HMI). Act as technical SME, lead FAT/SAT, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, manage vendors/integrators, support commissioning, change control, and site automation strategy.

Serve as a hands-on HR Business Partner supporting recruitment, compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and related HR projects. Advise senior leaders, manage complex employee relations with legal knowledge and discretion, and drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
