Works under close supervision in an indoor manufacturing environment involving PPE, noise, hazardous equipment, contaminants, lifting, and extended periods of standing or walking.

Analyze manufacturing methods, production schedules, process flows, and plant capacity. Develop efficient industrialization plans for new products, plan and execute capital projects, resolve production issues, support quality controls, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires manufacturing-process expertise, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, root-cause and corrective-action skills, capacity and staffing analysis, technical communication, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
