SEGA seeks a Senior Counsel to advise on commercial agreements, IP licensing, business development, marketing compliance, technology transactions, vendor relationships, privacy, and regulatory matters. The role independently manages legal matters, negotiates contracts, supports legal operations improvements, advises business leaders, coordinates with global affiliates, and manages outside counsel. Candidates must have a JD, active state bar membership, California in-house counsel eligibility, and at least eight years of attorney experience.

Manages operational execution of brand community, social media, and creator initiatives from intake through reporting. Coordinates project plans, workflows, timelines, dependencies, approvals, capacity visibility, Jira and Confluence documentation, recurring reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. Identifies risks, resolves workflow gaps, tracks decisions and follow-ups, and recommends process improvements across global teams and external partners.

Leads SEGA’s consumer web ecosystem and digital product strategy, including websites, franchise platforms, creator experiences, D2C storefronts, and commerce initiatives. Owns product vision, roadmaps, governance, KPIs, platform optimization, technology partnerships, and cross-functional delivery. Manages multidisciplinary teams and vendors while ensuring scalable, secure, accessible, high-performing digital experiences that support acquisition, engagement, registration, personalization, and conversion.
