Provide clinical support for ophthalmic care: obtain patient histories, perform visual acuity, automated refraction, tonometry, administer ocular medications, prepare pre-op patients, maintain/calibrate equipment, enter data in EMR, and travel between clinic locations as needed.

Provide patient care and support ophthalmology providers by obtaining histories, performing visual acuity testing, automated refraction, tonometry, administering eye drops, preparing pre-op patients, maintaining ophthalmic equipment, entering data into EMR, and traveling between office locations.

Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco and Meraki), troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, perform upgrades and on-site support as needed, maintain network documentation, collaborate with Help Desk, and implement network security best practices across multi-site clinics.
