Teams at Seeq

Lead the evolution of Seeq’s frontend infrastructure, including React systems, state management, design systems, reusable patterns, and developer experience. Build accessible, responsive, maintainable components; evaluate open-source technologies; guide large-scale refactors; diagnose complex defects and performance issues; and establish technical standards adopted across teams. Collaborate with engineers, designers, product teams, and customers through reviews, mentoring, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Lead the evolution of Seeq’s frontend infrastructure, including React systems, component libraries, state management, styling architecture, and reusable application patterns. Drive large-scale refactors, improve developer experience, ensure accessibility and performance, evaluate open-source tools, and establish technical standards adopted across teams. Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers through architecture reviews, documentation, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team delivery.

Coordinates virtual and in-person interviews across time zones, manages candidate communications and interview logistics, prepares interviewers, maintains accurate applicant tracking records, arranges travel and accommodations, follows up on feedback, and improves recruiting workflows. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, and comfort working independently with distributed teams.
