Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research for complex industrial analytics and AI-enabled products. Define research strategies, conduct interviews and usability studies, synthesize customer evidence, and influence product strategy, roadmaps, workflows, and requirements. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering throughout discovery and delivery, establish research standards and repositories, mentor researchers, and improve research practices. The role is remote-first and serves technical, multi-persona enterprise workflows.

Lead APAC Customer Success team of managers and analytics engineers to drive customer value, retention (GRR/NRR), and expansion for Seeq's industrial analytics platform. Build and hire the team, develop success strategies, manage escalations and release planning, analyze customer data to optimize outcomes, and align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations for enterprise manufacturing customers.

Drives Seeq’s ARR growth across APAC by selling enterprise SaaS solutions to manufacturing, operational technology, chemical, and pharmaceutical customers. The role manages territory strategy, prospecting, pipeline forecasting, solution proposals, negotiations, renewals, expansions, and new-logo acquisition. It requires engagement with VP and C-level stakeholders, collaboration with internal experts and partners, and leadership through mentoring and strategic account planning.
