Develop Slack summaries, data pipelines, renewal prediction models, and LLM-driven synthesis workflows. The role is remote-first and intended for an early-career engineering or analytics professional.

Lead APAC Customer Success team of managers and analytics engineers to drive customer value, retention (GRR/NRR), and expansion for Seeq's industrial analytics platform. Build and hire the team, develop success strategies, manage escalations and release planning, analyze customer data to optimize outcomes, and align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations for enterprise manufacturing customers.

Lead design, build, integration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and GTM systems with end-to-end ownership of Salesforce CPQ. Drive scalable solutions, integrations, automation, data flows, testing, releases, and cross-functional stakeholder partnership to improve quote-to-cash, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
