The Principal Product Manager will lead the strategy for Seeq's customer-facing platform, focusing on enterprise readiness, quality, and customer engagement, particularly with IT leaders. Responsibilities include crafting roadmaps, addressing enterprise concerns, and leveraging AI to enhance product experiences.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will advise customers, drive adoption of Seeq products, manage renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success in industrial analytics.

Sell Seeq enterprise software to manufacturing and operational-technology customers (chemical and life sciences/pharma). Manage territory, drive ARR through new logos, expansion and renewals, own pipeline and forecasting, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and mentor others.
