Support end-to-end delivery of experiential and brand projects: assist project management, client and supplier communication, on-site event and installation management, budget and timeline support, sourcing contractors, and maintaining agency processes and documentation.

Lead 3D design projects for retail and brand environments from concept to completion. Mentor designers, manage external resources, deliver high-quality 3D models, renders and client presentations, and support estimates and ideation to advance a human-centric studio strategy.

Lead ideation and talent-driven activations for experiential retail projects; manage partnerships across design, strategy, client services and PM; source, negotiate and manage talent and contracts; present to clients, oversee on-site talent delivery, mentor junior team members, and ensure projects meet creative, commercial and logistical objectives.
