Proactively engage high-intent outbound leads using intent-based insights, qualify prospects, support account setup and first job postings, maintain CRM discipline, close through activation and completed shifts, and feed customer insights to improve targeting and sales processes.

Lead day-to-day HR Operations and multi-country payroll support across Asia. Administer Workday HCM, ensure data integrity, coordinate payroll preparation and vendor submissions, support transformation projects (UAT, business requirements, post-go-live), produce dashboards and SOPs, and act as senior escalation for complex HR/payroll issues while collaborating with Finance, Technology, Legal and regional HR stakeholders.

Partner with APAC sales leaders to design and implement coaching frameworks, drive adoption of new skills, measure behaviour change, remove barriers to field execution, and build coaching champions across markets.
