Lead partner onboarding and integration from scoping through go-live by working with external partners and internal product, engineering, operations and commercial teams. Define operating model, translate business needs into requirements and delivery plans, manage API and system dependencies, identify and resolve risks, and create repeatable playbooks to scale partner integrations.

The role involves telephone selling to new customers, exploring markets, maintaining client relationships, creating sales reports, and coordinating with finance.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive client product adoption, behavioral change, retention, and sustainable growth. Analyze client performance data, identify opportunities and risks, develop tailored training and consulting programs, facilitate webinars and workshops, advise clients on recruitment solutions, and communicate customer insights to Product teams. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert on SEEK’s products.
