Support SEEK’s APAC digital analytics team by building and maintaining dashboards, defining KPIs and measurement requirements, analyzing candidate behavior, reviewing experiments, responding to data queries, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. The role involves web analytics, business intelligence tools, statistical analysis, and collaboration across teams. It is a six-month internship based in Kuala Lumpur with flexible working arrangements.

Provides personalized post-sale support to managed clients, resolving technical, product access, billing, education, and site issues. The role coordinates with Account Managers, Customer Success, Technical Support, Finance, and Product teams; communicates resolution expectations; maintains client relationships; escalates complex issues; and delivers customized reporting.

Build and maintain data pipelines, datamarts, data warehouses, and cloud-based solutions on AWS. Develop and optimize Databricks, EMR, Spark, and SQL jobs; deploy production systems using DevOps practices; improve query and schema performance; resolve data quality issues; extract structured data from unstructured sources; and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable data products.
