Reviews and corrects insurance inspection reports to meet company and customer standards. Identifies quality trends, closes job orders, schedules appointments, monitors email, and resolves inquiries from inspectors, homeowners, and customers. The role also escalates issues appropriately and supports daily team operations. Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, computer proficiency, and calmness under pressure are essential. Property and casualty insurance experience and prior documentation-focused quality assurance experience are preferred.

Own AWS production infrastructure reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization. Build automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and reliability practices. Lead incident response, on-call operations, postmortems, disaster recovery, security hardening, and compliance efforts while partnering with development teams to improve system design and releases.

Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and full-stack products supporting web and mobile applications. Design new product suites, develop features, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires Java and Spring Boot expertise, frontend experience with Angular or React, relational database and schema design knowledge, and RESTful API development. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux experience are advantageous.
