Develop, execute, and optimize master production schedules for a high-volume candy packing facility. Use Ross ERP and PlanetTogether to align demand, capacity, and materials, manage FEFO inventory, prevent allergen cross-contact, and drive OTIF performance. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse, monitor KPIs, resolve scheduling exceptions, and support food safety compliance (GMP, HACCP).

Create on-brand, conversion-focused copy for marketing and transactional emails; collaborate with creative, design, e-commerce, and agency partners; proof and optimize messaging, support digital innovation, and meet briefs and deadlines to drive engagement and conversion.
