The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, optimizing campaigns, and driving attendance to events. The role demands a focus on measurable pipeline contribution, using AI for campaign improvements and maintaining CRM data.

Lead the full R&D org (three teams, ~20 engineers) to define technical roadmap, LLM model strategy, and enterprise-grade AI platform architecture. Own hiring, engineering culture, cross-team alignment, stakeholder partnerships, and ensure AI outputs meet strict compliance requirements.

The VP Sales will build and lead the US go-to-market team, drive enterprise sales growth, and refine sales strategies and playbooks.
