Own the end-to-end user experience across Sedric’s AI compliance platform. The Product Designer will maintain a coherent product experience, build and evolve the design system, establish UX frameworks, and ensure new features align with product strategy. Success involves improving platform usability, adoption, and consistency while balancing speed and quality in a SaaS startup environment.

Design, build, scale, and own backend features for Sedric’s Core data pipeline. Develop production systems handling high data volumes, participate in code reviews, collaborate across teams, resolve urgent issues, and influence cloud architecture and data-system decisions. The role includes full feature lifecycle ownership, mentoring, production incident leadership, and participation in interviews.

Own Sedric’s AI reference architecture across services, agents, retrieval systems, evaluation pipelines, and infrastructure. Define reusable patterns and standards, lead architecture reviews, evaluate vendors and foundation models, and shape the technology roadmap. Build production agentic systems, governance frameworks, and evaluation harnesses while partnering with Product, Engineering, customers, and executives. The role combines hands-on delivery with organization-wide technical leadership, including shipping LLM improvements and optimizing latency and reliability.
