Own a portfolio of Premier and Strategic global accounts, drive retention and expansion with Sales, execute outcome-focused success plans and QBRs, monitor account health, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and provide executive-level relationship management grounded in deep product knowledge.

Develop and modernize Sedna’s Java-based Voyage Management System, primarily through backend feature development, testing, architecture improvements, and production support. Work with Oracle, REST APIs, React, AWS, and GitLab CI/CD while contributing to reliability, documentation, code reviews, and customer-impacting solutions. Collaborate with product, support, and customers, participate in on-call rotation, and lead technical approaches for complex features.

Develop and evolve Sedna’s Java-based Voyage Management System, contributing primarily to backend features with occasional React frontend work. Responsibilities include system modernisation, architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, code review, production support, incident diagnosis, documentation, and customer-focused technical collaboration. The role owns features through release, improves reliability and performance, participates in on-call operations, and helps shape the platform’s long-term technical direction.
