Teams at Sedna

Manage IT asset lifecycle, SaaS licence administration, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding (HiBob), workplace operations for London and regional offices, and support compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Improve processes, maintain documentation and lease/accounts records, track budgets, and coordinate events while partnering with People Ops, Finance, and regional teams.

Manage a portfolio of Strategic and Scale accounts as the primary Customer Success contact. Monitor account health, usage, and commercial signals; run regular touchpoints; escalate risks/opportunities; maintain Salesforce data and coordinate education touchpoints to drive retention and adoption.

Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Sedna's cloud SaaS platform. Build and automate infrastructure, manage CI/CD, monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and evaluate new tools to improve reliability and efficiency.
