Handles complex general liability litigation claims involving serious injuries, coverage disputes, legal inquiries, settlements, and defense strategy. Reviews reports, coordinates with clients, local counsel, investigators, and attorneys, manages subrogation and accrued liability, and participates in mediations, trials, arbitrations, and hearings. Develops action plans, seeks early resolution, monitors counsel performance, and supports return-to-work and quality programs.

Provides telephonic clinical case management for injured workers by assessing medical, treatment, psychosocial, and return-to-work needs. Coordinates with workers, employers, providers, claims examiners, and attorneys; identifies recovery barriers; negotiates treatment and disability duration; recommends resources; and promotes timely, cost-effective care while maintaining privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate new insurance claims from first notification through allocation. Set up claims accurately, triage cases, schedule loss adjuster appointments, manage diaries, arrange contractors, and respond to customers, policyholders, clients, and colleagues. The role requires strong administration, organization, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, customer service, and accurate data entry while managing multiple deadlines in a collaborative remote environment.
