Provide administrative support to commercial automobile liability PIP claims: annotate mail and medical bills, organize documents, assist adjusters with calls/voicemails, enter and update claims in claims management system, process payments, prepare correspondence, and support quality programs.

Entry-level trainee role in workers' compensation claims handling. Complete a 4-week training program and onboarding, then investigate, document, and administer claims under close supervision while communicating with claimants, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.

Assist with onsite physical inventories of total-loss contents: drive to loss locations, perform and document inventories, upload field data, maintain crew vehicles and equipment, track time and file notes, follow policies, and travel as required.
