Analyzes and adjudicates workers compensation claims, investigates exposures, gathers information, negotiates settlements within authority, communicates claim activity to claimants and clients, and reports claims to excess carriers. The role requires knowledge of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina jurisdictions, timely resolution of claims, sound judgment, and adherence to service and client requirements.

Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting, including P&L analysis, journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, accounts payable, vendor management, and expense administration. The role also contributes to financial controls, SAP data integrity, fleet and workplace operations, system implementations, and continuous improvement across Australia and New Zealand.

Collects, analyzes, validates, and reports data while maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Prepares standard, exception, custom, and client reports; supports internal and external users; assists with client setup and maintenance; and contributes to quality programs. Requires strong query and report writing, analytical, communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
