Serve as deputy to the VP of Operations to translate strategy into execution, lead and develop operations leadership, ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction, manage KPIs and operational reviews, run site audits and mobilizations, coordinate cross-functionally, support emergency response, and build succession through mentorship and SOP development.

Perform day-to-day general accounting tasks including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, payroll support, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, AP/AR processing, audit support, and preparation of financial statements and management reports while identifying process improvements.

Lead on-site security operations for City of Columbia shelters, supervising armed and unarmed officers across all shifts. Oversee access control, searches, incident response, documentation, trainings in de-escalation and trauma-informed care, quality audits, and coordination with City staff and the Project Manager.
