Acquire sound customer relationships to increase bank market share and profitability while providing excellent service to existing customers. The role requires commercial lending experience, familiarity with local business communities, community involvement, and relationship-building skills. Prior commercial banking experience is preferred, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Processes domestic and international wire transfers, ACH files, returns, corrections, exceptions, and automated transfers. Balances and reconciles ACH-related general ledger accounts, monitors reports and return activity, and ensures compliance with NACHA, BSA/AML, and bank policies. Provides payment operations support to branches and departments, maintains records and procedures, assists with audits and systems administration, and participates in cross-training and backup functions.

Administers and oversees bank digital payment platforms, including Zelle, Bill Pay, and internal and external transfers. Ensures efficient operations, service quality, policy compliance, and backup coverage across Payment Solutions functions. Supports cross-training, departmental projects, system enhancements, strategic initiatives, and the Payment Solutions Manager.
