Teams at Security Credit Union

Provides comprehensive credit union member services, including teller transactions, account maintenance, loan and credit card processing, wire transfers, fraud support, credit report reviews, and consumer lending assistance. Promotes credit union products, completes outbound sales activities, maintains compliance with banking regulations, balances cash and accounts, prepares reports, supports office operations, and delivers courteous in-person and telephone service.

Provides technical guidance and application support for a credit union, assists with PC/LAN servers, network resources, hardware and software enhancements, and coordinates system implementations. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, documenting requirements, testing and debugging systems, configuring network software, supporting conversions and interfaces, training users, maintaining procedures, and reporting project status and system issues to IT leadership.
