Teams at Security Credit Union

Provides technical guidance and application support for a credit union, assists with PC/LAN servers, network resources, hardware and software enhancements, and coordinates system implementations. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, documenting requirements, testing and debugging systems, configuring network software, supporting conversions and interfaces, training users, maintaining procedures, and reporting project status and system issues to IT leadership.

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and delivers multiple concurrent projects from initiation through post-implementation review. Responsibilities include defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and communication plans; coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, testing, training, deployment, and change management; reporting project status to leadership; tracking outcomes; and improving workflows, operational efficiency, and member service. The role also supports strategic initiatives and provides project management tools, templates, and guidance across the credit union.

Provide teller and member services including deposits, withdrawals, account openings/changes, loan and card processing, fraud investigation, promote credit union products, maintain records and balances, and support departmental operations and compliance.
