Generate qualified EMEA pipeline through personalized outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn, with emphasis on German-language outreach to DACH accounts. Research target organizations, execute ABM-aligned sequences, qualify inbound leads, maintain Salesforce records, and coordinate with account executives and marketing. The role requires fluent English and German, strong outbound discipline, AI proficiency, and comfort targeting security and developer-focused buyers.

Develop and deliver full-stack software features across the lifecycle using Go, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React. Design scalable systems, improve performance and reliability, apply engineering best practices, and contribute to architecture. Own moderately complex work from design through deployment with minimal supervision. Review code, mentor junior engineers, participate in interviews, collaborate with peers, and independently solve technical challenges. Kubernetes and Terraform exposure is valued but optional.
