Support and implement the BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program by investigating complex alerts/cases, filing required reports, conducting quality reviews, supporting audits/exams, training and mentoring staff, and advising on regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Process and reconcile daily ACH return and payment files in accordance with NACHA and federal guidelines. Research and resolve ACH returns and member escalations, perform ACH adjustments, support reconciling and settlement, partner with internal teams, and assist with testing, disputes, and related ACH projects.

Provide personalized investment and financial planning advice to members, determine suitability of recommendations, grow and protect assets, prospect new clients, engage in community outreach, and comply with SEC/FINRA and BSA/OFAC regulations.
