Analyzes enterprise business processes, gathers requirements, identifies inefficiencies, and implements data-driven optimization solutions. The role conducts root cause analysis, collects and validates data, develops recommendations, prepares management reports, and measures business value. It also leads optimization projects, communicates with cross-functional stakeholders, supports compliance and policy development, and drives continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.

Supports asset-liability management and treasury analysis, including interest-rate and liquidity risk modeling, capital planning, balance-sheet forecasting, net interest margin monitoring, cash positioning, investments, collateral, ALCO reporting, governance, reconciliations, and audit support. The role prepares recurring reports, validates financial data and model outputs, investigates trends and exceptions, and communicates findings to management and internal stakeholders while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Leads moderately complex operational, financial, compliance, and technology audits; plans audit programs, evaluates internal controls and regulatory compliance, documents workpapers, analyzes findings, and recommends corrective actions. Uses TeamMate, IDEA, and QueryBuilder for audit documentation and data analysis. Collaborates with management, performs follow-up reviews, supports special investigations, and contributes to Supervisory Committee reporting.
