Develop client-facing analytics, dashboards, data models, and large-scale data workflows while building and operationalizing internal AI capabilities. Design and productionize LLM-powered and agentic workflows, support AWS-based AI infrastructure, and implement integrations, access controls, monitoring, security, and responsible-AI practices. Partner with IT and practice teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, document runbooks, monitor adoption and performance, and improve secure production use.

Leads technology dispute and investigation engagements from scoping through delivery, including staffing, budgets, evidence review, expert reports, analyses, quality control, and client coordination. Supports business development, thought leadership, risk management, and relationship building. Mentors junior staff and develops training materials. Matters involve SaaS and cloud contracts, software licensing, vendor governance, Agile delivery, software lifecycle issues, and technology program failures.

Leads engineering and scientific consulting engagements involving hands-on failure analysis, laboratory testing, field inspections, materials characterization, technical reporting, and client communication. Manages multiple projects, budgets, hearings, trials, and mediations while developing client relationships and supporting business development. Focuses on batteries and electrochemical energy storage devices, using microscopy, SEM/EDS, X-ray computed tomography, and electrochemical analyses to investigate complex product failures.
