Own an operations domain end to end, documenting current processes, designing future-state workflows, writing business requirements and acceptance criteria, and coordinating UAT. The role trains key users, maintains process documentation, supports technical design, and validates delivered solutions. Candidates need hands-on experience in accounting, controlling, consolidation, treasury, tax, legal operations, compliance, or HR administration, with strong process, data, communication, and exception-management skills.

Supports analytics initiatives in energy markets by analyzing data, improving predictive models, applying machine learning techniques, and contributing to trading strategies involving physical energy assets. Works alongside mathematicians and experts on real-world problems while developing practical skills in statistics, probability, data analysis, and machine learning.

Write and test high-performance, low-latency trading software in Kotlin. Learn multithreading, optimization, reliable software development, and core engineering practices while pairing with experienced developers. Complete small-impact projects supporting algorithmic trading platforms and energy-asset control systems. The internship requires full-time onsite availability in Prague during summer 2027.
