Teams at Second Foundation

Participate in group consolidation (CAS, migrating to IFRS), prepare reporting packages and annual report, liaise with auditors/consultants, support consolidation tooling and IFRS implementation.

Lead and execute marketing strategy for Second Foundation's energy assets and services across markets. Drive B2B demand generation, employer branding, agency collaboration, and creative campaigns to engage asset owners, regulators, and employees. Produce content, landing pages, webinars, and brand initiatives while ensuring consistent global messaging.

Evaluate M&A opportunities in energy and battery-storage: market, competitor, regulatory and technology analysis; build DCF/IRR/NPV financial models; prepare investment materials; support due diligence and deal execution; manage analytics, reporting quality, and post-acquisition integration with internal and external stakeholders.
