Processes accounts payable invoices, weekly payment runs, intercompany invoices, invoice netting, bank and accounts payable reconciliations, prepaid expense entries, and audit support. The role also handles payment corrections, invoice issuance, month-end activities, and ad hoc finance tasks while collaborating in an international environment.

Design and implement security architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Embed security into initiatives, mature DevSecOps, and secure applications, IAM, secrets, infrastructure, data flows, and partner exchanges. Provide hands-on expertise across Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and analytics systems. Collaborate with engineering, SOC, cybersecurity administration, compliance, and senior stakeholders to map risks to controls and improve security architecture.

Manage the company’s in-house legal agenda, including corporate matters, employment law, contracts, governance, group structures, and legal documentation. Draft corporate resolutions, maintain legal templates, coordinate domestic and international legal projects, and work with internal teams, external counsel, authorities, and notaries. The role supports energy-sector projects and requires clear communication of legal issues to non-lawyers.
